Roasted Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables

I cook this up for my Weimaraner - he loves it!

The following recipe will generally last him about 1 week.

Ingredients:

2whole chickens

1 cup of rice

1 carrot chopped

4 slices of pumpkin chopped

1/4 head of broccoli chopped

Olive Oil

Stock - vegetable or chicken

Method:

Dry Roast the chicken, de-bone & slice. Cook the rice over the absorption method in either water or stock. Fry the sliced vegetables in a little olive oil. When cooked add the chicken. Mix all ingredients together.
